David is the Lead Investigator of the Paranormal Research Association of Ireland. PRAI was founded in 2004 by Ian Murphy who now founded and runs The Paranormal Research Association of Boston. After many years of experiencing seeming paranormal activity within the walls of his parents home and abroad, the urge to search for truth began to grow. After moving to Ireland in 2003 with a bit of time on his hands David started to research paranormal activity within Ireland. This stirred the already fire within to learn more. After searching the internet for Investigation teams, David saw that PRAI was looking for new members. Two years and many hours of research later, David found himself leading one of Ireland’s most successful paranormal research groups. The group started with 3 members and now has grown to four core members and 7 trainee members stretching from Dublin to Galway.

While trawling the internet for paranormal articles and such David found the IPI website. After reading what this fine organization was all about David applied for membership. “I knew after reading into the Organization that I wanted to be a part of it right away. There have been so many times where I needed help or was looking for a document and everyone from IPI was so helpful. The level of community and the willingness to help each other was a bit over whelming but very welcomed. Over the past few years friendship has grown throughout the Organization; even without meeting in person the majority of the members in public.”

In May, 2009, David Wenger became the Head IPI Rep for Ireland which covers the areas of Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
To date, Ireland has IPI Representatives in the following areas:

• John of  Na Mairbh Paranormal- IPI Rep for Ireland
