No Way! Get Busy!
Its certainly a funny old time with regards to the Paranormal Community and the buzz words I keep hearing are ‘Quietness’ ‘No Locations‘ and a whole other plethora of what I deem as self-sabotaging mindsets with such a topic that we all love.
Hi there, yes its me again, Ryan O’Neill and as you will have gathered I have made a return to active Investigating and operation within the field on the many levels you will have seen me operate before. I return to a different place according to some but my mind will not accept this and instead, I can see massive opportunity for advancements both locally and on the international stage. You see, if you sit back and look for excuses as to why your team can not investigate, get locations or likewise you will surely find all these with ease and its the wrong way to view things. Many of you are fantastic thinkers and often sit outside the box so lets see what the alternatives are to the above-mentioned mindset.
In this day, we can begin to open our eyes and explore what our teams can do for the community and for the general public at-large:
- Charity Events To Assist Those In Need
- Documenting Local Hauntings By Doing Some Active Research & Visits
- Updating Your Reports & Material
- Joining Local, National or International Cooperation Organisations
- Networking On Social Sites
- Getting Together & Brainstorming To Advance The Field
I could possible go on and on and the reason being, my mind looks for the positive aspects that can improve not only the work me and the team of Investigators can do but also on the larger scale of ‘what can I give to the community‘.
Opportunities to work in this field we love are all around us, there is always something to do to grow and improve but you need to ask yourselves, ‘am I looking for them’ or accepting defeat because others have said that its all finished. This field will never be finished or wrapped up, it will just lose those who have not got the deep burning desire to burst through the hurdles and solve the mysteries that await.
Get on to the forum boards and get making the difference whether a Representative, Staff Member or Forum Contributor…Show that you are willing to push on! What will you choose to do?
